New Year; New Me?

More often than not, people start the new year with the following phrase;

I'm sure you've heard it said plenty, I know I'm guilty of this too. It's the phrase meaning that you've set yourself some goals for the year, whether it be weight loss, healthy eating, decluttering or becoming more organised. It's a saying that is a little bit more than just another New Years resolution.

This year, I have set myself three goals I hope to complete in the upcoming year.

Firstly; I aim to become healthier. This may be more of an opened aim but hear me out. I would like to lose weight. I am overweight, I know this. My aim is to lose enough weight that I am back in my healthy weight limits. To do this, I will need to not only eat healthier, I will need to exercise too.

Secondly, I aim to socialise more. Since having the girls, I have gone from a large group of friends to being able to count them on one hand. Now that I feel I am finished with more babies, I want to start to feel human again. I know what I want to do, I am still figuring out the logistics to this though.

Thirdly, my final aim is to be a better person. Very cliche. I want to recycle more and re-purpose, support small businesses, buy organic (or grow my own), donate to charities, purchase more preloved and generally be more resourceful.

With all of this said, I feel they are personal goals to myself. Taking that into account, I have one family goal.
