My first week of Slimming World

Celery isn't an alternative to chocolate.

I've been craving junk food. It's not been easy. I want chocolate, crisps or toast covered in a thick layer of peanut butter but that isn't going to happen.
I am proud to have managed my first week while staying securely in my syn limit.
I started my first full day of Slimming World on Tuesday.
Because I am breastfeeding, I am allowed up to 5 additional HeA allowances.



My meals this week were:

Tuesday


Morning: Blueberry Wheaties (HeB), Semi Skimmed Milk (HeA), Banana (Free)
Lunch: 1% Chicken and Sweetcorn Mug Shot (Free)
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese (Free), 35g Cheddar (HeA), Solero Exotic (5 Syns)
Snacks: Clementines x2, Banana x1

Total: 5 Syns, HeA x2, HeB x1

Wednesday


Morning: Blueberry Wheaties (HeB), Semi Skimmed Milk (HeA)
Lunch: Leftover Spaghetti Bolognese (Free)
Dinner: Fried Egg (in Frylight, Free), Wedges (in Frylight, Free), Baked Beans (Free), Beetroot and Cucumber Salad (Free)
Snacks: Cup of Tea with 2 Sugars (2 Syns), Lindt Milk Chocolate Ball x1 (4 Syns), Apple, Banana, Clementine

Total: 6 Syns, HeA x1, HeB x1


Thursday


Morning: Banana, Clementine, Grapes, Glass of Semi Skimmed Milk (HeA)
Lunch: Beetroot Salad with Balsamic Vinegar (Free)
Dinner: 1% Chicken and Sweetcorn Mugshot (Free), 1 x Wholemeal Brown Bread (Medium 800g loaf, HeB), 1tsp Flora Light (1/2 Syn)
Snacks: Cup of Tea with 2 Sugars (2 Syns), 8g tube Parma Violets (1 1/2 Syns)

Friday


Morning: Bran Flakes (HeB), Semi Skimmed Milk (HeA)
Lunch: Tuna Pasta Salad (Free), Apple,
Dinner: Omlette with Spring Onions and 25g Cheddar, (5 Syns) Beetroot and Cucumber Salad (Free)
Snacks: Banana, Celery

Saturday


Morning: Banana
Lunch: Scrambled egg with Cheese, Ham and Spring Onions (HeA)
Dinner: Sausage x2 (7 syns), Mashed Potato, Mushy Peas
Snacks: Apple

Sunday
