Review: Book of Everyone

So my sisters birthday was coming up and I had no idea what to get her. Like, what do you get someone that has everything? The book of Everyone!

I really enjoyed creating the book. You simply go onto their website, choose which type you want to create such as The Book of Everyone, The Book of Mum, The Book of Dad and The Romantic Edition and The Milestone Edition so there's plenty to choose from for a perfect fit to whomever it's for!
I chose The Book of Everyone. It started by asking the name of who the book was for, date of birth and what my relationship was with them and then that set a theme for the rest of the book.

They had lots of pages to edit throughout the book and pages where you can add photos to just to make it that little bit more personalised!

The introduction page was probably one of my favourite pages as it instantly put a smile on my sisters face.

I loved everything about the book.
The simplicity and enjoyment of creating the book.
The thoughtful personal touch when given as a gift.
The quality of the pages and pictures.
The interesting facts throughout the book,
and most of all, the reaction received when my sister read it!

The book also included a code so you can download your book onto your devices to show it off to family and friends.
I thought this was a really cool feature because it's something to be proud of but you wouldn't necessarily carry a book around everywhere just to show people but most of the time, you would have your phone or tablet!

There was a couple of different facts you could choose from with some of the pages. The alternative facts about common food was really cool and I wanted to choose all three, but alas, only one could be chosen! I settled with "You have 2 chromosomes fewer than a common potato."

It also included facts about the day and year you were born which were interesting. For example, the blockbuster movie, hit tv show and number 1 music hit!

Overall, I am extremely impressed with The Book of Everyone! I'll definitely be purchasing more for special family birthdays!

Prices range from £7.50 - £49.50, depending on what you're getting.
I got the Paperback version which is £19.50!

Check them out Here!

Review: Bambino Mio Solo (New Prints)

If you've been into the Aldi Baby Event recently, you'll have noticed Bambino Mio have released some new Mio Solo prints!

I have got to say that I LOVE them! And for £7.99 in the sale, they're half the price that they usually are.

Bambino Mio Solo's are all-in-one cloth nappies that are made from micro fibre with a PUL outer shell. They are a bit like marmite. You either love them or you hate them.
Personally, they would brilliantly for me and my girls. They're soft, not too bulky and have enough absorption for us!
The prints are lovely and bright! I especially love the zebra print!

If you love Bambino Mio, get 10% off* your next purchase by entering BMA10 at www.bambinomio.com/en

*Offer valid at www.bambinomio.com only. Valid until 31/12/2016. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Review: Trespass Puddle Jumping Suit

A while ago, I won this Trespass Puddle Jumping Suit in a blog giveaway.
I ordered it in a bigger size so it would fit L closer to autumn/ winter time and the weather would be suitable. Today is the first time we've worn it and it is lovely!

Although L is only 15 months, she's a big 15 month old. This suit is a size 18-24 months and fits a little snug around the waist and head but long on arms and legs.

I love how it doesn't have feet attached so walkers can wear their own shoes/ wellies under it!

The colour is lovely and vibrant too. We had quite a few comments on the school run about it.

Although it didn't rain loads today, it was spitting and it kept L nice and dry.
It has a light fleece lining so is lovely and warm too.

I can't wait to try it out when L is walking a bit better so I can buy her some wellies!
Let's just hope it still fits by that time!

Review: True White Advanced Plus Teeth Whitening Kit

I've always been apprehensive of doing a teeth whitening kit. I have gappy teeth so don't often smile with my teeth on show. I decided to do test teeth whitening kit in hope that it gave me more confidence in smiling and showing off my pearly whites!

Once I received the kit, I took my before picture and set off on a mission to whiten my teeth!

The kit came with enough things for 2 people to use.

1 x Blue Light

2 x 10ml tubes of Non Peroxide Teeth Whitening Gel

2 x Teeth Molds

1 x Instruction and Information Page.

Firstly, I had to shape the molds to my teeth. I did this by submerging them in boiling water for 10 seconds followed by biting them.

I then spread a pea size blob of the Teeth Whitening Gel around the mold and placed in my mouth along with the blue light.

The instructions didn't state a time frame as to hole long to have the light in my mouth so after some googling, I decided on 15 minutes per session.

I did this 3 days in a row.

My Original Photo (Below)

After 1st Session (Below)

After Second Session (Above and Below)
 After Final Session (Above)

I am quite happy with the results!
They have definitely taken my teeth a couple of shades lighter!

I have plenty more of the Teeth Whitening Gel left so can keep up with it until I feel more comfortable with the colour.

Our Lovely Neighbour

So today was lovely!
Our neighbour brought T, L and R some chocolate and a teddy around.

It was all because of the other day. We were setting off to nursery and he was talking to T.
They ended up agreeing that she would paint him a picture of a flower.

T left nursery upset because they'd not done any painting that day so never did him a picture.

The day after, she did some paintings at nursery. When I went to pick her up, she kept saying she had a picture for the man next door.

It was a dinosaur, kinda! Maybe more of a green blob with a red dot in the middle but still, a dinosaur!

We nipped next door to give him the painting and he was very greatful and said he'd buy her some sweeties as a thank you.

Well that was early in the week. I wasn't expecting him to get her anything, or if he did, maybe one of the 6 pence bags of haribo from home bargains.

Instead, he came round with a big carrier bag of sweets and goodies!

I was in shock! I couldn't say thank you enough! It was really sweet and lovely!

Now, I think we'll make a Thank You card for him to say thanks for the chocolate! (I'm not expecting any more, but he really didn't need to buy any for her, never mind as much as he did so it's only right to say thank you!)

Review: Caketoppers Personalised Cupcakes

" Never trust someone who doesn't like cake! "

''Caketoppers specialise in cakes, cupcakes and printed icing edible toppers for delivery across the UK. Personalised with your photo, logo or message our delicious personalised cakes make a great idea for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations or any special occasion.''

I was extremely happy this morning to receive 2 gorgeous cupcakes on my doorstep! I could smell them through the box and they smelt divine!

There was no denying though that they were perfectly packaged as they came in a box, in bubble wrap, breathable film packets and were in a tray! No chance of Mr Postie squishing them!

I was a bit skeptical about how they would turn out. Sometimes picture cakes aren't the best quality at all and can go really grainy and fuzzy but as expected, these cupcakes from Caketoppers had lovely quality printed pictures on top!

I opted for my Logo and a picture of my 3 girls just to see the difference between computer generated image and photo image and they are just as good as each other!

I received one chocolate cupcake and one vanilla cupcake and the flavours are scrummy! Very rich and moist which is what I was hoping for! Delicious!

If you're anything like me, you forget when birthdays and events are coming up and leave everything until the last minute!

These are the perfect answer for that! You can order them for next day delivery which means you'll always have a delicious present for whomever you've forgotten!

Caketoppers make delicious personalised cupcakes. If you want to use their service, just pop on 3GM10 at the checkout to receive 10% off your order! Get ordering now by visiting www.caketoppers.co.uk!

R is 10 Weeks Old

R is such a happy baby! She is so placid and everyone comments on how she is always laughing and smiling.
This week even more so as she has found her hands!

I can't believe how big my baby is getting! Fitting perfectly into 3/6 month clothes!

I think I'm soon going to start doing pictures as months rather than weeks (maybe when we get to 12 weeks)

I keep looking through her pictures and getting emotional as even though she is still my little baby, she isn't so little any more!
She's really long, putting weight on like a trooper and is working on her head and leg control!

She has even started trying to interact with her sisters by laughing or going to grab out with her hands whenever they walk near her.

I love my girls! I'm really looking forward to them all growing up together!

Our Top 5 Favourite Family Films

In this household we love a family movie night!

Our perfect fun movie night would be to put on a DVD, sit on the sofa in our big fluffy pyjamas with blankets, a take away and some sweet treats!

We have a few family favourites! Films that never go a miss!
Our top 5 films would have to be:

1. Alvin and the Chipmunks

Who doesn't like singing chipmunks? If you like this, theres also another 3 that follow this!

2. The Smurfs

This one goes down a hit! Magical little blue people on a mission!

3. Frozen

I think every family with a child under 10 must have seen this film atleast once! Mummy quite likes the songs in this too!

4. Finding Nemo

In anticipation for Finding Dory coming out, we decided to watch Finding Nemo. T keeps going on about the little orange fish and has asked for a Nemo teddy!

5. Horton hears a Who

Dr. Seuss and Jim Carrey! Kids comedy genius!

Review: Free Prints App

Having 3 children means that I take a lot of photos! I love having them on display or in photo albums.
There's something lovely about holding a physical copy of a photo rather than just seeing an image on a screen.

This said, with the amount of pictures I take, it would cost me a fortune to pay for them all printed!

This is where Free Prints comes in!
They have a website and mobile app which means I can order photos directly from my phone without the faff of transferring them to the computer first.

Free Prints gives you 45 6x4 prints a month where all you've got to pay for is delivery (between £1.49 and £3.99)
This means you can print up to 500 photos a year for free (well postage only)!
You can also pay for additio nal prints which are pretty cheap too and you can have different shapes (square photos for your Instagram pictures!) and sizes including 6x4, 5x5, 7x5, 8x6, 10x8, 12x8, 15x10, 18x12, 36x24 and a whopping 40x30!

Another pretty cool feature is that you can reorder a previous order months later! Say a kid knocks water over the packet or the dog eats your post! This comes in handy!

You can pay with all major payments including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal!

It is an ideal little app to have to keep up on top of your photo printing!

R is 9 Weeks Old

So my baby turned 9 week old!
She's getting such a personality now too! Laughs and smiles all the time and has started trying to play with her toys on her bouncer chair.
She's gone into 3-6 month clothing too!

L has started teething again this week though so although R is sleeping from 9-6 and then feeding and sleeping again until 9, I am officially awake watching barney at 7am!
